I filter information and evidence
To separate what matters from what doesn't.
I created The Filter to help you judge what information deserves attention, what needs context, and what you can let go.
A free tool to cut down on back-and-forth, doubts and mental load whenever you run into headlines, apps, ingredients or contradictory advice.
I want The Filter, freeI filter information and evidence, put it in context, and help you understand what really deserves your attention.
Less fear. More judgment. Less mental load.
Between labels, apps, headlines, influencers and marketing claims, deciding for your family can turn into just another task.
To separate what matters from what doesn't.
Because a single ingredient or headline never tells the whole story.
So you can decide with less back-and-forth and more confidence.
Your guide to knowing when to keep digging and when to let it go.
The Filter helps you weigh information, evidence and context before turning an alarm into just another worry.

Motherhood led me to do what many of us do: search, compare, read labels, check recommendations… and end up with even more doubts than when I started.
I realised I didn't want to keep making every decision from a place of overwhelm, and I didn't want other mothers losing the same hours trying to separate useful information from marketing, fear or contradictory messages.
On oral health, I speak from my profession. On everything else, I research, cross-check, and I'm upfront about what we know and what we still don't.
Download The Filter and use it next time an app, a headline or a label makes you wonder whether you should really be worried.
